 CASE STUDIES

Effective Leadership transcends all walks of life, all types of industries and companies, as well as all areas of education. Simply put: Leadership is Leadership.

In our workshops we will introduce case studies of successful techniques of outstanding leaders and how you can adapt them to different situations in your educational field. For example we will explore

-Dwight D. Eisenhower's leadership techniques of making the least of his subordinates feel empowered by Eisenhower's taking time for the individual;

-George S. Patton's knack for getting first hand information;

-Harry Truman's skill at taking care of his subordinates;

-John Wooden's ability to successfully lead by having and teaching attention to detail;

-and many more.

After familiarizing yourself with and implementing these techniques you will be able to:

-More successfully conduct a superintendent search

-More successfully conduct a bond campaign

-Gain greater support of your Campus Administrators and Faculty so as to achieve loftier goals

-More effectively lead your grade level in embracing new techiques to achieve higher standards

-More effectively lead your classrooms, both students AND parents, so that you can take your students to a higher level.
