 CLASSROOM LEADERSHIP

The teacher is the backbone of the public school system. This is where "the rubber meets the road." Our nation's colleges teach future educators how to "teach" but not how to "lead". Both concepts are important in the classroom because if you can't lead your students you cannot effectively teach them. Our presentations arm your teachers with the skills necessary to motivate your students to learn.

You will hone your leadership skills by:

•  Defining why Integrity and Trust are fundamental to leading your grade level and/or classroom.

•  Discussing effective Communication styles and techniques to get your fellow teachers and students on the same wavelength.

•  Exploring ways to Motivate your peers and students so that your classroom and campus can achieve more.

•  Highlighting the importance of Mentoring and how it is possibly the greatest legacy a teacher may leave.

The leader’s attitude, both conscious and subconscious, becomes the attitude of those he
leads.

- John Wooden
